Separate monitoring IEMs from gaming earbuds
Monitoring IEM buyers usually care more about acoustic direction, fit, cable options, shell finish and accessory configuration. Gaming earbuds may focus more on visual styling and boom microphone options, so the two categories should be presented separately in product selection.
Define the acoustic and market direction
A useful IEM sourcing brief should explain whether the project is for entry-level HiFi, stage monitoring, creator monitoring, retail audio accessories or private-label distributor programs. This helps the factory recommend a suitable platform and tuning direction.
Confirm cable and packaging options during sampling
Cable material, connector direction, microphone option, ear-tip set, carry case, logo position and retail packaging should be confirmed with samples. Final claims and configuration should follow the approved project documents.
Keep the RFQ simple and complete
For a faster reply, buyers can share model direction, target market, quantity, color or logo needs, packaging request and target price. JRT Audio can then prepare a relevant monitoring IEM platform recommendation.
