Prepare logo files before sampling
Private-label headset projects should prepare vector logo files, preferred logo position, print color and size direction before sampling. This helps the factory check whether the logo is suitable for the shell, headband, ear cup, cable controller or packaging artwork.
Separate product color from packaging color
Product color, cable color, cushion color and packaging color should be confirmed separately. A clear color brief reduces repeated sample changes and helps buyers keep different headset categories under one consistent brand style.
Confirm packaging structure and language
Packaging requirements may include color box, neutral box, gift box, manual, barcode, label, accessory bag and regional language. Buyers should confirm the sales channel and target market so the factory can prepare a relevant packaging direction.
Use approved artwork as the final reference
Logo placement, packaging copy, certification marks and product claims should follow customer-approved artwork and project documents. JRT Audio can review logo and packaging requirements together with the selected headset platform.
